PACKING
Each item you buy will be packed in a solid paper box or other reliable packing, cushioned with EPE, bubble or foam, and then be shrunk for a clean presentation .
HANDLING & SHIPPING
Handling time is usually 3 business days, though some items may take 1 day while others 5 days. You will be advised in due time, provided there’s any failure to do so due to an unforeseeable reason.
China Post Registered Airmail 10-25 days to cover American & European countries in general.
China Post EMS 5-14 days to cover American & European continents in general.

RETURN POLICY
We want our customers like you to be completely satisfied with the purchases from us. We strive to provide accurate and detailed listings so that customers are aware of what they are buying. Just in case that an item does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it to us. Please do it in 7 days after delivery, and you are expected to inform us before hand by email. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the item ,we will require a 15% restock fee(If in the product contains the software, the seller retains the authority which the request buyer payment software tests) A refund for the full amount of the purchase will be issued via webside platform upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition in which it was sent.
Custom Duties & Tariffs
In most cases, there are no custom duties nor tariffs involved for these items. If there’s any, we are not responsible for any fees and/or charges arisen outside China.
The buyer has the duty to coordinate the customs to clean up the cargo positively, the seller does not undertake the cargo not to be able to pass the partial National Customs' responsibility.
