Size Measurement:
Please stand still with your arms falling naturally to your sides Before Measuring.
1: Shoulder
Measure in a straight line from the outer edge from one shoulder to the other
2: Bust
Around the fullest part of your chest (usually on your nipple area)Under your arms. Wrap the tape around your back and forward to the fullest part of your bust
3: Length
Measure in a straight line at point where neck trim meets body to bottom of garment
4: Sleeve
Measure from point where sleeve meets shoulder seam & straight along fold to bottom of sleeve
Tip:
Measure around the widest part of your bust; The narrowest part of your natural waist; The widest part of your hips. Wear your usual bra while doing this. Keep the tape taut and parallel to the floor - how tight to pull it is up to you; but you'll generally get the most flattering size results if you pull the tape as tight as you'd like your clothes to fit in each area!

When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment .
If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us. Then you will get a refund, exchange, or store credit as you request. However, please keep it in the same condition( unworn, unwashed) and packaging that you have received it in and we should receive your return within 14 days of receipt. Please don't remove any label and tag on the item.
All return packages must be shipped using a prepaid registered post , or EMS and USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. We dont accept return with DHL, FEDEX, UPS. Sensfurs retains the right to refuse any returns Inconsistent with the above conditions.
The cost of returning the unwanted items is paid by the customer, however if you want an exchange, the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item to you will be covered by Sensfurs in case its our fault.
However, if you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, Sensfurs will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy.

Customised Items:
We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Product Assessments team. Please choose your customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. We will not accept returns of customised items if prior to, during or after the customisation process a player changes his number or leaves a club.
Color Mismatch:
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such color reflection in the monitor, lighting . background ., etc. However If you believe that the item received is in wrong color , please contact us to see if a return or a refund is possible.
