To wear:
- Hold waistband and roll down to crotch gusset
- Insert your legs and slowly roll leggings up thighs and roll waistband to your hips
- Insert your hand and lift buttock to desired position
- Adjust slim 'n' lift from below the bust line to above the knee line
- Attach support straps and adjust the length appropriately
- Tuck the triangular flaps into the pockets when not using the straps. If you find the garment a little tight, simply lay it flat, insert both hands and pull apart. Repeat this several times and the fabric will relax to give you a more comfortable feel.
