Warranty and Returns
All merchandise are we sell are in good quality and under strict examination before they are shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.
7 days return policy . Your satisfaction of our products is guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the goods for exchange within 7 days upon receiving, but please communicate with us before the return. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping. All return items must be in good condition. They must be under resalable condition. Men made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and soon.
We promise warranty for quality in one year and we will repair it free of charge. The returning shipping should be paid by customer.
Shipping
We ship by EMS, DHL, UPS, Hongkong Post, China post and so on at the first reasonable time
EMS usually takes about 6-13 days, more or less. If for remote region, it will be a little longer time; If for buyer’s custom reason, it will be a little longer time.
DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex usually take about 4-6 days, more or less. If remote region, it will be a little longer time; if for buyer’s custom reason, it will be a little longer time.
Hongkong post, China post usually takes about 25 to 50 days, more or less. If remote region, it will be a little longer time; if for buyer’s custom reason, it will be a little longer time.
We usually ship the buyers item as “GIFT” or “SAMPLES” in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer’s tax. However, the tax is deterdmined by buyer custom not by us, different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should undertake it.
If due to the buyer reason including “refuse to sign for the package” or “ refuse to pay the tax” or “buyer country post reason” and so on, the buyer have to undertake all the lose. We are in charge of the responsibility keep the goods left China smoothly, once the goods leave China then buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility.
