Q & A
Q1: Why I can't track my products when they are just shipped?
A1: It needs 2 to 5 days for the postmen process the parcels. When comes to the Holiday or Peak seasons, they need a few days more.
Q2: Why my tracking number can't track?
A2: Normally it can track when the tracking number works. But please don't worry if you can't track there. it won't show the newest information about it's location unless it arrives at your country.
Q3: Why my tracking number shows nothing except "departure from out of exchange" ?
A3: If you tracked this, which means it already left China on that day. And it won't have any more information about where it is exactly untill they arrive at your country.
Q4: When my order shipped out?
A4: Normally we would ship them out in 2 to 3 days. For it needs 24h for the bank to process the payment. The China Post don't work at weekends, so we don't ship at weekends.
Q5: I want my parcels received in certain times, please ship out ASAP.
A5: We can't garantee that it would arrive in how many days, for international trade is too complicated. Even to United States, Australia, etc. we can't asure you it must arrive in 10 to 20 days. For the bad weather, efficiency of the workmen, holidays, weekends, striks, all can slow down the shipment.
Q6: I want my parcels urgently.
A6: Please pay for the extra for Express.
Warranty and Guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the received item, please return it in 2 weeks for a replacement or refund(when we get the returned item). But please keep the item in good condition.
- If you receive the defetive item, please contact us for refund or replacement.
Shipping: We ship to worldwide. Normally it would take 10 to 30 days to arrive at you. But if it takes longer time, please be patient to wait for it or contact us. We are responsible for our products.
