At the same time, buyers should return defective goods with common post and tell detailed freight in advance before return. The freight is in KING SEX&WEAR charge.

      2) If buyers can repair defective goods and there is not necessary to replace, we can negotiate with each other under the condition of practical situation. We will return discount sum to buyers.

      Dispose situations of not belonging to defective quality:

      1) KING SEX&WEAR can't accept replacement for color fading after washing or wearing the clothes.

      2) If there are some problems in rough workmanship such as still remain some thread residue, we will take buyers' bad effect and loss into consideration and give buyers more discounts for next order.
