We shipping items by EMS or else to Worldwide.Because the item is custom-make,so we need about 3 -4weeks for custom-make .shipping need about 1-2 weeks.So from we receive the buyer payment and measurement to the item arrived your address need about 5-6weeks.But if you need rush,please contact us,we can use rush work and rush shipping for the item.
We guarantee everything we sell as described if any of our Iron art were misrepresented by us we will refund 100% of your payment. If you are not satisfied with any product that you bought from us, you can return it within three business days in original condition for the full refund excluding shipping. BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
Return Policy
- Return/Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used products . Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.
- Vair Iron art will send another one (with like product) or refund any defective product within 30 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.
Return Procedure
- All returns must have a Return Authorization to be accepted and processed. If you need to return or exchange products for any reason please contact Vair House. State the order number, product, and reason for the return. We cannot be responsible for items shipped back to Vair without pre-approval.
- You will receive confirmation when your return is received and processed. To file a claim send us a picture of the damaged item, with the original packaging within 3 days of the receipt of your item.
- Returned items must be received and inspected by Vair prior to reimbursement or shipping the same items.
- Credits/refunds will be issued in the manner in which they are paid. Regardless of the reason of return (unwanted item or defective/damaged item) please allow 15 days for return processing and refund.
