Payment
1.We accept Western Union, bank transfer and Ali-pay.
2.The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.
Shipping
1.The orders are shipped via EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or Airmail .
2.Free shipping
a.Free shipping depends on country region and product by China Post or HongKong Post.
b.For dispatching smoothly and fastly, we may ship items via other courier based on time, shipping location without prior notice .
3.Delivery Time
a.EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT ... Air Express usually takes 5-7 days to delivery address .
b.EMS express shipping usually takes 5-8 days to to delivery address .
c.Hongkong Post Airmail or China Post Airmail usually takes around 10-15 working days to Asia, Westen Euro, North America, take around 15-30 working days to South America, Mid-East, East Euro, Africa.
d.It takes 1-2 days for the delivery in China.
4.Shipping Insurance
All shipping insurance shall be borne by Buyer.
We will not add shipping insurance to protect package against any lost or damages during shipping if Buyer does not require .
Note: We have no control over the delivery of goods from the time at which we hand the order over to the Carrier.
So we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues .
5.Import Duty and Tax
Additional charges for customs clearance and Tax must be borne by Buyer .we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they will be . If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs office for further information.
But in order to minimize Charges for customs clearance and Tax , we will declare it as a ‘GIFT’ with a low value in the invoice for Custom.
Note: The lower value does not reflect the total amount you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules .
Return and Refund Policy
Return is accepted within 5 days after the buyer's receiving the item.
If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 5 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one or ask for credit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
Please note that all purchases must be returned within 5 days of purchase , and Please return the items in it's original condition.
Include your Aliexpress ID or your name, address, item, daytime telephone if you are requesting a refund or exchange a new one.
After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at value of items ( excluding the shipping costs to and fro ).
Please understand that shipping cost is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
