How to Use:

1. Wash your skin, pat dry with fuzz free towel.
2. Detach closure and attach one cup at a time.
3. Attach front closure.

How to Remove:

1. Unhook closure
2. Carefully peal off one cup at the time, pulling it from the top and downwards avoiding scratching adhesive inside cup

How to Clean:

1. Always clean your directly after usage to remove body oils and skin
2. Use fat dissolvent soap or dish detergent and gently wash the inside of your bra cups using fingertips avoiding scratching with nails.
3. Rinse well and let your air dry with the insides up.
4. When completely dry place back in its original packaging to protect.
