Shipping
* A tracking number will be given to you once the item was sent. You can only check it only if it arrive in your country.
*Delivery time will be longer across public holidays, or peak mail capacity or bad weather affecting air traffic. We will not send items on Sunday and public holiday.
*We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected
*Import duties, taxes and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government are not included in the item price or shipping charges, these charges are the buyers responsibility.
*We will not refund for refused shipments
*Buyers are responsible for any insurance they feel is required
Policy
Only defected items are subject to exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. No claims are allowed on used goods.
We do not accept reasons of return like
1. Size not fit: buyers should refer to the size chart before confirm bidding
2. Looks not pretty when wearing: it's subjective.
3. Color deviation: Though all the items are taken are real items. There may be a little bit color deviation with different monitors. If buyers cannot accept it, please don't bid.
4. Items have been worn and washed:
Items that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be resent to the buyers unless the buyers bear all the shipping and handling fee.
