Shipment
All merchandise we sell are in good quality and under strict examination before
they are shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem. After your paymentis cleared, and we will give you a tracking number after we send out your goods.
| 1. We only ship your parcel strictly upon you confirmed mailing address. We are not responsible for missing parcel unfirmed mailing address. |
| 2. We ship your parcel within 2 business days from Monday to Friday(China Time) after payment. Most items would be shipped within 3 working day(except public holiday and unexpected things) by China Air Post/ EMS or HongKong Post Air Parcel. |
| 3. The estimated delivery dates are 15-20 days by China Air Post, 5-7 days or by EMS normally and some parcels take longer time due to delay of customs clearance and public holidays. |
| 4. If you do not receive the parcel after 30 days of mailing date, please contact us first and hope solving the problem together. |
About After Sales Service
| 1.when you receive the parcel, pls open it to chesk before signing. If it is damaged, pls let us know. The best way is that you'd better send us photos of the damaged parcel so that we can consider how to solve it. Otherwise, you have to pay for all damage and lost. |

About Return Policy
All Tablets are under 12 months Warranty (Excluding the accessries and Man-made Broken). Please contact us if there is any problem with 4days of the receipt. If the item is damaged or lost during delivery, please inform us in detail. We will refund in full based on the confirmation of post office. |
| If there is no items in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item, we will refund in full. Before we refund the payment, the damaged item should be returned in orginal condition and the refund postage is charged by the buyer. |
