Shipping Terms
1. We guarantee to ship within 7 working days after payment is confirmed, except the Chinese Spring Festival and Chinese National Day.
2. International delivery time is expected approximately 15 to 25 working days to most destinations; for remote countries, it is about 4 to 8 weeks, this is due to the availabilityof flight capacity and local post office efficiency.
3. If it is hot season for shopping, such as Christmas and New Year, the delivery time will be longer due to the high amount of delivery packages. If you don't receive your package within 1 month, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will try our best to contact Delivery Company to check the status of your package and solve this problem for you in a short period of time.
4. As the China Post do not accept the product with battery, so if you buy the product with battery and choose China Post, we will send your order via SG post, the delivery time is much shorter, TQ.
5. If buyer chooses express delivery, such EMS DHL, the delivery time is much faster; but buyer has to bear the cost.
6. Please leave message for the color to us, otherwise we will ship the color at random, thank you.
7. Import tax or any other customer related fees are regarded as buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

After Sales Service
1. We will check the goods quality before delivery. If there are some unexpected problems happened, we hope to solve the problems with buyer friendly through the following ways.
2. If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 7 days after receiving the goods, buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller.
3. Buyer can return the goods to us after we confirmed, but buyer should be responsible for return shipping costs; after we receive the goods, we will return money to buyer.
4. for manmade damaged, buyer takes full responsibility.
