Because the quality of this socks is very well, each pair of sock weight about 40g, so 10pairs weight 500g including package, it really cause much shipping fee. We really didn't earn one penny from it. We just want to bring you warm in the cold winter.

But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. we dont accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place, such as Italy and Holland. Exchange
We do allow exchange other models if customers are dissatisfied with the product, however customers are to bear the freightage of the return and exchange . Also, buyer should return the item to our warehouse within 7 days after receipt.
