Shipping Terms

1. For free shipping, we usually choose CHINA POST or HONGKONG POST. It will take 10-25 days to reach you. We only ship to the confirmed address. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility. If you need to change your shipping address, please change it on your order BEFORE your goods are sent. 2. If you want to get your goods faster, you can choose the express below: EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX. But, you need to pay for the fast shipping. Please contact us if you want your goods shipped via these shipping methods. Thanks!
3. Sometimes, it takes longer to ship the goods during Holiday (like Christmas etc.) or Customs Duty Review. We would NOT be responsible for any delay of these two reasons.

Refunds & Exchange

1. We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. You can also exchange the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items. However, the buyers should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyers will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyers a  full refund. The buyers should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
