* Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective.
*All dresses can be made as 90%-95% similar as the picture.It depens on styles. But we’re sure that all the details are perfect ,and you will satisfied with the dress. If you want 100% the same as the picture,please don’t make payment.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If the dress has any major quality problems Please contact us first within 24 hours from the time you received if there's any fault , we will solve the question for you as soon as possible.
1. Contact Customer Service for a defectiveor misshipped item return.
All return or exchange must be claimed with 2 days of receiving merchandise.Please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer commits the shipping cost),and we will give you a full refund of the item. Also, buyer should return the item to our warehouse within 7 days after receipt.
2.Returned items must be in new condition.
Please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached, no smoke scents, no makeup stains .After we get the dress and confirmed,we will give the buyers full refunds.
