Payment Policy
We only accept payment via the AliExpress.com checkout system. The system provides a 3rd-party online payment platform named as Escrow. Escrow is a secure service that protects your payments on AliExpress.com. It allows you to track your order and payment is only released to the supplier after you confirm delivery. Currently, you can pay either with your Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only), Bank Transfer, Western Union, Maestro, Solo, Carte Bleue, CartaSi, PostePay, Euro6000, 4B debit card or Moneybookers account with buyer protection and confidence. Escrow is FREE to buyers!
Shipping Policy
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Before you Buy Now or Add To Cart, you will have to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart, except for FREE SHIPPING VIA CHINA POST AIR MAIL (See below Shipping Methods for details) . You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. P.S. you have to use the CART function to proceed your order when you buy multiple items from the Axon to enjoy this shipping term.
At the Axon, normally the processing time is shipping out within three business days after you effected payment to Escrow. Business days are Monday-Friday from 9am~5pm, excluding china national mandatory holidays. Please Note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship after the weekend. For example, you place orders and effect payment to Escrow on Friday, then we`ll get your order ready and ship out by the end of next Wednesday. This normal processing time is not applicable for peak season or special situations. For bulk orders, we`ll talk about that case by case.
Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the parcel right away. Be sure to send us an email or leave a message within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to tell us there's a problem. We need to have this on record in order to offer you a return or an exchange or a refund service.
Shipping Surcharges
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to:

To build up a warm and nice business relationship, we sincerely ask you to check with Axon for those special products or destinations before you place orders to us. You will be provided with the precise shipping cost for your order before Checkout.
Shipping Methods China Post Air Mail, normally 10 - 30 business days and even longer for some special countries
We do offer worldwide shipping via China Post Air Mail, especially for those destinations where international commercial express providers not offering services to. Most of orders via China Post Air Mail service could be delivered within 10~30 business days but it also depends on your local customs condition and post office service. Some countries might even take longer transit time due to strict customs regulations or low efficient declaration process. We strongly recommend you to choose a best shipping method for your orders according to your local condition to avoid any delay in delivery or miss your expected receiving date.
ATTENTION PLEASE! China Post Air Mail only accepts order or item`s maximum gross weight less than 2 kg, (length + width + height)<90CM and (any one of length, width and height) <60CM. When your order or item can not match any one of this 3 conditions, you will not be able to choose this shipping method. AliExpress.com will automatically switch to other options with different shipping cost and transit time.
We now offer other options via EMS,UPS,FEDEX,DHL at a pretty attractive discount rate. All discounts have been automatically calculated and listed in above shipping calculator. You can choose the best one for your country to deliver your orders.

We do not offer shipping to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Return Policy
Items could be returned within 15 days of receipt for any reasons at buyer`s return shipping cost (freight prepaid).
Remaining at original conditions is a MUST for returned items.
For any returned items, you are responsible for any damages or loss during shipping back to us.
You must also include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records..
Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
If the item(s) is damaged in transit, take photos of any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery immediately and send an email or leave a message on Trade Manager by attaching photos you took. An exchange will be made or refund issued after we investigate.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product(s).
Return Exceptions
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Items can not be returned including but not limited to: furniture items, customized items, personal care items, cosmetics or intimate products, software, video games, computer parts, electronics, laptops, pc`s that have been opened, wigs, makeup, tights or shoes that have been worn.
Product Warranty
Many of the items that are sold at the Axon come with a manufacturer's warranty. Applicable warranty information can usually be found inside the box or packaging. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the Axon directly.
Axon provides a 90-Day Limited Warranty for products whenever the manufacturer provides no warranty or a warranty of less than 90 days.

Customs Declaration
You are responsible for destination import customs declaration when applicable for your orders. Our price is not including import duty, tax or other destination miscellaneous. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check if any import tax or customs charge is due. In some cases certain countries may have tax or customs charge, this fee would be due by the buyer. Occasionally packages are delayed in customs which is out of our control, please allow for extra time to arrive. We do not mark items as gift or lower value as this is against international and China laws.
